Structured and analytical Student Employee for ambitious HR team at Danske Commodities A/S

Are you a structured and analytical business student who is passionate about making use of your coordinating skills as well as delivering high-quality data crunching and reporting? Then we might have the job you are looking for as we are seeking a dedicated Student Employee to our HR team.

The role has two main focus areas; to support our talent development processes and to deliver corporate reporting. We are looking for a Student Employee who can help us maintain and improve dc’s training and development platform. You will assist our Talent Acceleration Manager in planning and executing the relevant development initiatives for our employees, e.g. courses, coaching and on the job training. Furthermore, you will also support our VP of Human Capital in preparing various reporting and presentations materials on HR matters to the Board of Directors, CEO and Senior Management Group.

You will join a team of highly skilled and dedicated HR professionals, who work closely together with top-management on defining and executing the high people ambitions of Danske Commodities. 

Your responsibilities

  • support the Talent Acceleration Manager in assessing the development needs in dc, and propose, plan and execute specific training and development initiatives (internal and external) to meet the needs
  • run evaluations of all training and development activities
  • extract and validate HR data for various kinds of reporting to Board of Directors, CEO and Senior Management Group
  • prepare Power Point presentations for the Board of Directors, CEO, Senior Management Group (SMG) and other stakeholders
  • participation in smaller and bigger projects across the team
  • supporting the HR team on various ad hoc tasks

Your qualifications

  • are currently enrolled in education on BA level within economics, finance, SOL or similar
  • have strong excel and Power Point skills
  • have a proactive mind-set
  • provide a high level of service no matter the size of the task
  • are a team player but have the drive and discipline to work independently
  • are fluent in Danish and English both oral and written
