The typical Graduate profile

Our previous DC Graduates all have one thing in common: being the best of the best. Learn what we look for when hiring our Graduates.

You have finished your studies within the last year (or will do so in the next few months). We expect that you hold a Master’s or Diploma degree with top marks.

You may have expanded your specialist knowledge with a PhD, or have already gained some relevant experience through a student job, an internship, or even through a study programme abroad.

We value excellent grades, but your personality and approach are just as important. We are looking for graduates with a strong desire to act proactively in an international business environment.

We expect that you:

  • are intellectually curious and want to develop both personally and professionally
  • are able to manage your own projects and achieve the best result
  • bring passion to your work and enjoy involving stakeholders
  • are an energetic team player and thrive on new challenges

In addition, you:

  • are driven by exploring new ideas
  • have a winner’s mentality
  • can keep a cool head in hectic situations
  • have a good command of business English
  • have strong communication skills, and
  • have a diligent and structured approach
