Next year, Danske Commodities' CEO Helle Østergaard Kristiansen offers a unique opportunity to boost the professional and personal development of an ardent student. Learn more here.



Through personal 1:1 mentorship sessions, Helle will share her knowledge and advice based on her experience taking a company from local to international, navigating a digital transformation and more than 10 years as a leader in the energy sector.

As your mentor, you can expect Helle to:

  • Help you realise your ambitions


In order for the programme to be successful, it is very important that you take responsibility over the course of the programme.

  • CEO of Danske Commodities, the 9th biggest company in Denmark in 2020 (measured on revenue)
  • Previous experience as CFO and executive roles in IT, treasury and risk management
  • No. 25 on Fortune Magazine’s list of the world’s most powerful business women
Next steps


  • You are a Bachelor’s (minimum on your 2nd year) or Master’s student
  • The Mentor Programme takes place in the spring semester from February to June 2022
  • You will meet for five 1:1 mentorship sessions in Aarhus
