Mentor Programme

Once again, Danske Commodities' CEO Henrik Lind is offering a unique opportunity to boost the professional and personal development of an ambitious student.

Henrik Lind's words

In order for the programme to be successful, it’s very important that you take responsibility.

I would like you to:

  • Have clear targets you want to work on
  • Be curious and eager to develop
  • Be willing to open up

I’ll give you individual sparring in relation to your competences, challenges and targets and share my knowledge from the business world. My focus will be for you to really benefit from our time together, which is why it’s up to you to set the agenda. Whether it’s about making the right decision on which career path to pursue, how to develop personally and professionally or something completely different – I’ll do my very best to guide you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Henrik Lind

Early on in my career, I was faced with a variety of choices regarding my future and could easily have benefitted from sparring with someone more experienced than me. This is why I’d like to offer a mentorship where I draw on my own experiences as an entrepreneur and businessman to help you develop.

  • 42 years old
  • CEO and founder of Danske Commodities, the 21st biggest company in Denmark (measured on revenue)
  • Founder of Lind Invest and Lind Capital
  • Board member in several companies
  • Active member of the World Economic
  • Forum of Young Global Leaders

Simon Hovmark was Henrik Lind's mentee in 2017. Of the experience, he says: “Henrik quickly zoomed in on something regarding my own personal development that I had not realised myself, which was really giving. He saw things from a different perspective than I was able to. I came into the process with one mindset and left with another.”

Simon Hovmark

The most important part of a mentorship is that both parties are committed and completely honest with each other. As a mentee, you have to have an open mind and be ready to be challenged on your point of view. However, that is exactly what makes the mentorship valuable.
