Are you our new Portfolio Manager?

Right now we are looking for a talented Portfolio Manager to join our ambitious Short Term Portfolio Management team. Your primary task will be to take the responsibility for a set of our existing portfolios of assets. You will have an important role in enhancing the performance in the team by developing trading strategies, building operational tools, forecasting models and interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.

The team you will be joining consists of six dedicated Portfolio Managers and Quantitative Analysts, who manages all aspects of our short-term related products including, but not limited to, pricing, forecasting, and day-a-head trading. So, if you are analytical by nature, have strong programming skills and a winning attitude, a job as Portfolio Manager in our team could be the perfect fit for you. 


  • manage a portfolio of renewable and consumption assets
  • perform portfolio analysis and monitor the portfolio PnL and risk
  • develop, implement and improve forecasting models and tools
  • participate in development of trading strategies
  • drive the implementation of new systems and databases in the team
  • follow-up on analysis/forecast performance and take ownership for improvements
  • be available to take shift routines in the forecasting team, working on weekdays as well as weekends
  • actively take part in knowledge sharing and sparring across teams
  • contribute to new business development


We expect that you:

  • hold a relevant Master or PhD degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar
  • preferably have 3-5 years of experience as a Portfolio Analyst or Portfolio Manager in the energy or financial industry (however, not a requirement for applying)
  • have strong programming skills in e.g. R, MatLab, Python, C++ or similar
  • have experience with SQL and working with databases is an advantage
  • have good command of English both written and verbal
  • are proactive in your analysis and always seek to optimise where possible
