When joining our Infrastructure and Support Team, you will work closely together with highly skilled and experienced colleagues. As a trading house working around the clock in many different systems, IT has always been a top priority at Danske Commodities. We have a best-in-class IT set-up, develop many of our systems and tools in-house and host them ourselves. We deliver high quality support and services to the entire organisation – and we need a new colleague to help us with that.
Your primary task will be to deliver face to face support in the organisation and ensure a thorough follow-up on issues. From day one you will be involved in the daily support function and service desk tasks. You will play an important role in our user experience through face to face communication and world class IT support.
