Data-minded student for analytical internship

We are looking for a highly skilled intern who wants to be a part of an ambitious and talented team in Finance & Accounting. The internship requires a data-minded and analytical profile, where you will get experience in handling and analysing large data sets.

The internship contains both analytical and accounting related tasks as well as building models using VBA, SQL or other coding languages as a part of larger data projects and ad hoc tasks. You will have a mentor working on the same project as you, ensuring you to get full value of your time spend as an intern.

Finance & Accounting is developing rapidly with a high emphasis on challenging the status quo, optimising processes and delivering value to both Finance and DC. We are looking for a highly skilled intern who wants to be a part of an ambitious and talented team. The internship takes place in the fall semester 2019.


  • build models that automate tasks and improve data quality using VBA, SQL or other coding languages
  • use and maintain SQL databases that support F&A with valid, consistent and transparent data
  • gain insight in DC’s data and enterprise architecture
  • ad hoc tasks


We expect that you:

  • are enrolled in a university level education, preferably within Economics,  Mathematics, Finance or similar
  • knowledge of VBA or other coding languages is an advantage but not a requirement
  • are logically thinking and mathematically well grounded
  • work analytically and structured
  • are reliable and quality conscious
