People Development Specialist for Danske Commodities

Do you possess extraordinary people development and talent management skills? We are looking for a skilled and passionate People Development Specialist with minimum 4-5 years of experience. We expect that you thrive in an innovative and international business environment where people development is key to our success.

Your primary task will be to maintain and further improve people development activities in DC, including talent development. You will be overall responsible for the Graduate Programme, our DC University, as well as our talent management programmes including candidate identification, programme design and module execution.

You will join a team of highly skilled and dedicated HR professionals, who work closely together with top-management on defining and execution the high people ambitions of Danske Commodities.


  • provide DC managers and employees with relevant opportunities for training based on individual needs, including development of a semi-annual course catalogue
  • manage and drive the Graduate Programme, including programme design, execution, evaluation and follow-up
  • maintain and further improve DC’s talent management programmes, including candidate identification, programme design and module execution
  • drive DC University including courses, instructors, and enrolment administration
  • take responsibility for the Individual Development Plans (IDP’s), and ensure continued focus on IDP’s by providing training and sparring to leaders and employees
  • develop and implement career tracks in DC for development purposes
  • drive ad hoc development projects and activities, in cooperation with relevant stakeholders in the organisation


  • minimum 4-5 years’ experience from a similar position, where you have been responsible for training and development / talent management
  • experience with development and follow-up on project plans, timelines and budgets
  • thrive in a complex, innovative and international business environment
  • experience with PPT, Word and Excel
  • fluent in Danish and English
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
