The Rewards & Performance Management team manage all areas of compensation and rewards for employees in Danske Commodities – from designing and driving salary, benefits and bonus processes to facilitating target setting and evaluations. You will join a small team of humorous and efficient compensation experts with a keen eye for detail, who work closely with the rest of the People & Culture team in DC. We are dedicated to delivering accurately and timely, and we take pride in being nerdy about details. We discuss challenges, successes and mistakes openly, so we can continuously learn and improve.
Your tasks and profile
Starting out, you will get a thorough introduction to the team, your tasks and our compensation principles. Your first assignments will be to take responsibility for data entry into our systems, become a superuser of DC’s HR system and become DC’s expert on HR data in Equinor (our parent company). In time, there is room for taking on more responsibility and for the right candidate, this is a great opportunity for a learning journey, where you will gain insights into the full value chain of compensation and benefits in a professional, international company.
