Quantitative Analyst for Intraday Trading team

Would you like to develop yourself in a job, where your analyses make a direct difference to one of Europe’s leading Intraday trading teams? And do you dream of a job where your ability to work skilfully with numbers and data is the foundation for success? Right now, we are looking for a new colleague to join us, and if you can say yes to all of the above, it might be you!

Join a team of dedicated analysts working side by side with our traders
As a Quantitative Analyst in Intraday, you will help develop trading strategies for one of the best short-term trading teams in Europe by gathering and structuring vast amounts of data and turning it into useful information used for decision-making. Additionally, you will support the traders by developing tools for day-to-day trading.

You will join a young sub team of passionate analysts, who take pride in delivering state-of-the-art analyses for the Intraday Trading team. On a daily basis, you will work closely together with the traders, identifying opportunities in the market based on your analyses. You will have your own area of responsibility; however, the team excels in sharing ideas, sparring with each other and challenging each other on our views in order to ensure continuous development in an ever-changing market.

Your development in the job
Starting out, you will be introduced to the team and our everyday tasks to give you an insight into what we work with and how we do things. Initially, you will be presented with your own smaller assignments to give you an idea of the tasks we are responsible for. From there, you will occupy a significant role in the team, working with your own business areas while developing and refining our trading strategies.

Our new Quantitative Analyst can have a broad range of backgrounds, ranging from a degree within e.g. Economy or Mathematics to an Electrical Engineer with an understanding of the energy sector and electrical systems.
