You will join our Power Origination team that is responsible for all customer interaction related to our power trading business. Being the link to our customers - among others wind parks, utility companies and some of Europe’s largest industrials - we conduct analyses, develop new business and are responsible for selling our products and services. We are a diverse team with various nationalities and backgrounds, but what we all have in common is our instinctive understanding of market conditions, a solid business acumen and, not at least, our people skills.
Help connect the dots
As our new Customer Coordinator, you will be overall responsible for updating and maintaining our CRM system, ensuring the best possible support to the team. You will also help with preparation of business cases, various reporting to stakeholders and presentations for both internal and external purposes. In other words, you will help connect the dots between our external sales activities and our internal strategy and processes.
Your first assignment will be to become familiar with our CRM system that assists us in realising our strategic beliefs, capturing and storing data for future use. Down the road, you will play an important role in developing the team further and becoming the key interface between traders, originators and support functions in one of the leading energy trading companies in Europe.
Independent go-getter with flair for structure and communication
We imagine that you have a relevant master’s degree within international business, marketing, economics or similar – and you have experience working with the Microsoft CRM system. You are a great communicator in English and perhaps you also have a third language in your communication toolbox. As a person, you thrive in an environment where you succeed by being proactive and independently identify the next area where you can support and optimise the team’s activities.
