Analytical student employee with an interest in HR data

Do you enjoy working with data? Are you looking for a student job where you get to apply some of your skills acquired from university? And do you dream of working in an international company? Then you might be our new colleague for our Rewards & Performance Management team!

Join a team of dedicated experts

Danske Commodities (DC) is an energy trading company that specialises in short-term power and gas trading and offers balancing, optimisation and hedging services to energy producers and suppliers. Every day, we complete more than 8500 trades across 39 countries, constantly moving energy from where there is more than needed to where it is needed most. DC is a wholly-owned subsidiary to Norwegian energy company Equinor, operating under our own name and brand.

Our Rewards & Performance Management team is part of DC’s People & Culture unit. We manage all areas of compensation and rewards for employees in DC, including driving and designing salary, benefits, bonus and global mobility processes as well as facilitating performance management. We act as an essential and trusted partner across the organisation.

As our new student employee, you will join a small team of easy-going, detail-oriented and efficient performance and rewards experts, who work closely with the rest of our colleagues in People & Culture. We are dedicated to delivering great service and we take pride in helping and caring about the employees. We discuss challenges, successes and mistakes openly, so we can learn and improve.

Get valuable insights into rewards and performance management in a continually growing organisation

Starting out, we will make sure you get a thorough introduction to DC, the team, your tasks and our systems and tools. Your first assignments will be to take responsibility for data entry into our systems, become a superuser of DC’s HR system and support the monthly payroll processes.

In time, you will get the opportunity to take on more responsibility. This position is a great opportunity to learn, develop and gain valuable insights into the full value chain of compensation and benefits in an international company.

“The hierarchy is flat, and if an idea is good enough, it doesn’t matter who proposed it. The best argument always wins”
