His extensive experience from top executive positions and board memberships with international companies will be of great benefit to Danske Commodities, especially his expertise in internationalisation, finance and corporate governance,” commented Danske Commodities Chairman Peter L. Ravn.
Prior to the Annual General Meeting, Søren Vestergaard-Poulsen had announced his intention to resign from the Board.
“On behalf of the entire company and the Board of Directors I wish to thank Søren Vestergaard-Poulsen for his great contribution to Danske Commodities. Søren has played an important role in growing and maturing the Company and professionalising the organisation, and we wish him the best of luck in his future career,” Peter L. Ravn concluded.
