Structured approach and a knack for planning
You will join our People & Culture team which is responsible for Danske Commodities’ (DC) ability to attract, develop and retain skilled people. We partner with the business to deliver high-quality sparring, tools and people development initiatives as well as offer attractive events and benefits. We are a team of highly skilled and committed HR and salary professionals, who work on defining and executing the high ambitions of DC’s people agenda – and we make sure to have fun as we go along.

As our new colleague, you will collaborate closely with our HR Assistant on planning and executing organisational events along with driving our internal benefit scheme – tasks that are crucial for our continuous work with retaining our people. The role requires a lot of planning and coordination with various stakeholders, both internal and external. As such, we expect you to be structured, detail-oriented and able to keep an overview, even when there are several balls in the air.

Your journey to becoming our in-house expert on events and benefits
Starting out, you will get a thorough introduction to your tasks and how we work with event planning and benefit coordination at DC. Down the road, you will play a significant role in the planning and execution of various DC events, spanning from our annual summer party and holiday gathering to family days and Friday bars. You will also contribute to driving our internal benefit scheme as well as proving suggestions for new initiatives. Further, you will assist our HR Assistant with various ad hoc tasks on an ongoing basis.

It is a fixed-term position limited to 31 July 2023.

  • support with planning and executing DC events across the organisation
  • support with driving our internal benefit scheme
  • coordinate and communicate about internal jubilees
  • assist with the content development for employee and leadership communication
  • assist with various ad hoc tasks


we expect that you:

  • are enrolled in a relevant education within Communications, Marketing, Experience Economy, Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
  • have great communication skills – both written and verbal
  • have great proficiency in English
  • can work approx. 15-20 hours per week

we expect that you:

  • are detail-oriented and employ a structured approach – besides supporting the team on various tasks, you will be responsible for your own projects and drive the process from start to finish
  • are motivated and outgoing – you will collaborate with stakeholders across and outside the organisation and participate in various DC events
  • take a positive view: no job too big, no job too small – we always support each other in getting the job done
