The job

Here’s what the job entails

Your primary focus will be developing and implementing advanced mathematical models to generate insights used by the trading floor.

Concretely, your responsibilities include:

  • applying machine learning and statistical techniques to improve predictive accuracy and uncover hidden patterns
  • developing models for pricing options and other derivatives, leveraging concepts from stochastic calculus and quantitative finance
  • translating complex results into clear, actionable insights through concise explanations and visualizations

The team

Meet the team

You will join our Gas Modelling & Data team, whose mission is to provide traders with robust analysis and tools for informed decision-making. We tackle complex problems using advanced mathematics, data science, and quantitative research methods.

We are a team of five specialists with diverse backgrounds in mathematics, physics, and finance. We value curiosity, precision, and creativity in solving difficult problems with real-world impact.

We are looking for two students to join our team.

You will work on complex analytical challenges that shape trading strategies in the European gas market — gaining hands-on experience in quantitative research applied to dynamic markets.
Your qualifications
