Whistleblower

What can you report?
We encourage you to speak up about:
- Unethical, illegal, or fraudulent behaviour
- Potential breaches of EU law
All reports are taken seriously and we have a zero-tolerance policy for retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Your report will be handled with confidentiality and with care. It is a select group of employees from both the Compliance Team and the People & Culture team who are entrusted with the responsibility of managing the report.
How to report
You can contact us directly by reaching out to us via email.
Alternatively, you can reach out via our helpline. DC uses our parent company Equinor’s Ethics Helpline, which allows you to submit a report anonymously.
The Ethics Helpline ensures confidentiality and protects the rights of both the reporter and the person(s) involved. It allows for two-way communication between you and the company, and you may choose to remain anonymous.
The helpline is open to everyone and provides:
- A 24-hour phone service
- A secure web submission portal
All information related to a whistleblower report is handled with strict confidentiality and on a need-to-know basis.
