The job

Here’s what the job entails

In the role, your main responsibility will be to ensure that new customers and their assets (such as wind turbines and photovoltaic parks) are onboarded accurately and promptly. To accomplish this, you will work closely with our customer-facing teams.

More specifically, your responsibilities include:

  • driving automation initiatives in close and smooth collaboration with the product team

  • delivering excellent service to customers and internal stakeholders

The team

Meet the team

You will join our German & Italian Customer Operations team, which is a group of eight quality-minded and committed employees supporting our German power asset portfolio. Through excellent customer service, smooth onboarding of assets and high-quality master data, we help drive customer satisfaction and the growth of our customer business.

This is a great opportunity to create value and have a direct impact on the customer experience of our renewable asset owners, particularly in the German market.
