Fun fact
I have completed two marathons

My background

I'm born and raised in a small Danish town. In 2006, I moved to Aarhus to study Information Science and Organisational Development, and I have worked in DC since June 2012.

Why I wanted to work for DC

I wanted to work in an innovative company with a lot of passionate people. And DC really checks those boxes.

What I do

I work as an HR Partner, which means an HR professional. In my job, I work closely with DC's managers in order to develop an HR agenda that supports the overall strategy in DC. I also serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues.

My typical workday

A typical work day for me includes a wide range of different tasks, including weekly meetings with all business units, day-to-day performance management guidance, improvement of retention, development of employee contracts, on-boarding processes and much, much more.

The best part of my job is the variation — no two days are the same.

The best part of my job

The very best part of my job is the variation - no two days are the same. I also enjoy being in daily contact with so many of my colleagues across the organisation.
