Would you like to work with elements from the entire digital catalogue and gain hands-on experience with IT infrastructure? Are you naturally curious and excited about IT? Then you might be our new data technician trainee for our IT Endpoint & Client Services team.

The job

Here’s what the job entails

In this role, you will become an active member of our operations team and assist our users via our ticket system and on-call support. This will provide you with valuable knowledge of the field we work within. You will have the chance to explore and ultimately work within any field of IT infrastructure, which allows you to discover which areas you find most appealing. Your development and learning opportunities are key to us!

Your areas of responsibility will include:

  • deliver high-quality face-to-face IT support for the organisation
  • solve and handle service requests, incidents, problem and change management
  • participate in task forces/projects to proactively support the business and improve our core infrastructure
  • support, troubleshoot and improve our current IT infrastructure and services
  • ensure documentation of existing systems and that services are always up to date

Meet the team

You will join our IT Endpoint & Client Services team, which plays an important role in the organisation as we assist our colleagues with all IT-related matters. The team’s areas of responsibilities range from providing daily IT-support and supporting physical and virtual assets to assisting with developing, improving, and maintaining our core IT infrastructure. We love creating new solutions and automations that add value to our business.

The team consists of committed, collaborative and social IT professionals who work as a team and take pride in supporting each other. We are a diverse team with different backgrounds, but what we all have in common is that we are solution-oriented, creative specialists within almost every branch of IT infrastructure. We value knowledge-sharing and collaboration to ensure we find the best solution together.

We will make sure you get the knowledge you need to succeed – you just need to be curious and willing to learn!

We are looking for a curious and motivated team member, who enjoys helping others with IT-related matters and who is passionate about IT infrastructure and cloud-native technologies. As the team covers a wide range of tasks, we see you as a positive person where no job is too big or small.
