The team is responsible for the company’s  ability to attract, develop and retain skilled people, and we partner with the business to deliver high-quality sparring, tools and people development initiatives. You will join a team of nine highly motivated HR professionals, who work on defining and executing the high ambitions of Danske Commodities’ people agenda. On a daily basis, you will work closely together with our other two talent attraction specialists, and together you will ensure that Danske Commodities is always able to attract and hire the people we need.

Joining the team, you will experience an innovative and collaborative culture, where we openly discuss challenges and achievements, as we always strive to learn from each other – and we make sure to have fun as we go along.

When joining this team, you will get the opportunity to impact Danske Commodities’ growth journey by supporting our leaders with ensuring they have the right people – locally as well as globally
