The job

Here’s what the job entails

In the role, you will help ensure timely and high-quality debt management of our customers, supporting both deadlines and business needs.

Your key responsibilities include the following:

  • daily operation related to debtors, invoicing and payment follow-up
  • month-end close tasks, including accruals and reconciliations
  • customs declaration across multiple countries
  • contributing to the automation of internal processes
  • participating in relevant projects and ad hoc tasks

You will join a sub-team in Accounting & Invoicing, part of a broader Finance Operations team. We are responsible for all registrations regarding our customers and ensure timely and high-quality bookkeeping and reporting to meet deadlines and business needs.

We are a team of nine experienced colleagues who value collaboration and mutual support. We continuously seek better ways of working and delivering great business support. Professionalism and ownership are key to our culture – and there is always room for a good laugh.

Your qualifications

As you will be working with accounting in a complex domain, we imagine you bring a positive mindset - no job too big, no job too small. We also picture you as a structured and solution-oriented person as we work in an energetic environment.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

  • have experience in accounting
  • is confident working with ERP systems
  • are proficient in English – both written and verbal

Please note that prior knowledge of the energy sector is not required for this role.
