Here’s what the job entails
In the role, your primary function will be to guide architects to achieve our enterprise goals. You will take part in defining the future architectural vision and ensure a resilient and scalable IT landscape.
Concretely, your areas of responsibility will include the following:
foster an architectural approach to how we develop and deliver IT systems
take part in driving the strategic vision for our Technology unit
mentor and ensure our teams are working in a product-oriented manner and take ownership of the vision within their area
be an active contributor in our governance processes
Meet the team
You will join the enterprise architecture and data governance team that is responsible for shaping the technology future of Danske Commodities, and for ensuring that our governance processes are compliant and in line with the organsational needs.
We are a team of six specialists within both enterprise architecture and data governance. We are dedicated to various areas, but all share the understanding that working cross functionally provides the best solutions and outcomes. We are a curious bunch that likes to challenge status quo when something is not quite right.
You get to make an impact on the strategic vision of the technology setup, as well as having a say in establishing team boundaries and capabilities.

As you will be working with enterprise architecture, we imagine that you take a holistic approach to your job where you have an eye for the overall good but also find it natural to go deeper when required. You are a team-oriented person, who values working across teams – but you also have the drive and discipline to work independently on your own areas of responsibility
Furthermore, we imagine that you:
have a minimum of 5 years’ experience from a similar position where you have worked strategically with IT and architecture
possess knowledge or experience working in a product-oriented organisation
can translate business strategies into scalable architecture roadmaps
are a strong communicator who are capable of influencing senior stakeholders, and drive cross-functional alignment
Please note that prior knowledge of the energy sector is not required for this role.
