Here’s what the job entails
In this role, you will contribute to the development and refinement of algorithmic trading strategies and apply your analytical and programming skills to solve complex problems using real-world data.
Your key responsibilities include:
designing, developing, and backtesting machine‑learning driven trading strategies using Python and ML/DL frameworks.
maintaining and improving existing models and tools to ensure performance and reliability
analyzing large and high-dimensional datasets to identify patterns, signals, and trading opportunities
owning and driving projects end-to-end
contributing to ongoing research and innovation, sharing insights from the latest academic and industry developments within ML, DL, and quantitative trading.

Because you’ll be working deeply with quantitative modelling and machine learning, we imagine you bring a strong analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You communicate clearly, enjoy working in cross-functional teams, and understand the value of knowledge sharing
We also imagine that you:
have an advanced degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field
are at an expert-level proficiency in Python and have experience with production-level code
have extensive experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
keep up with latest innovation in ML/DL
