Show job details

Are you motivated by financial reporting, data tools, and turning insights into impact? Join us as a Business Analyst to empower leaders and collaborate across teams to drive smarter decisions.

The job

Here’s what the job entails

In the role, your primary function is to be a trusted finance business partner for our business unit directors by providing transparent and relevant reporting and analysis.

More specifically, your responsibilities include:

  • preparing and communicating monthly financial reporting of a business unit
  • building and maintaining reports that enhance transparency in numbers reported on top line and costs
  • identifying and sharing trends and underlying drivers with various stakeholders
  • supporting business unit leaders with performance analysis and designing KPIs
  • collaborating on cross-functional projects with colleagues across units

The team

Meet the team

You will join our Financial Planning & Analysis team, where we work with financial reporting and analysis both on corporate level and towards individual business units. We have the responsibility of driving analytical insights from the company’s financial performance to leadership and other relevant stakeholders.

We are a team of three finance specialists all with a background in finance. We are motivated by delivering financial insights which can shape decisions for our stakeholders, and we strive to tell a story about the numbers rather than stating them. While we are dedicated professionals, we value teamwork, lively discussions and a culture where good ideas matter.

You’ll play a key role in shaping Financial Planning & Analysis — driving financial insights and partnering across the organisation to influence smarter, stronger decisions.
Your qualifications

But enough about us… over to you!

As you will be working with analysis and reporting, we imagine that you approach data and problem-solving with curiosity, structure and a sharp analytical mindset. Since collaboration is also key in this role, you will likely enjoy engaging with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation and know how to tailor your communication to different audiences.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

  • hold a relevant educational background within Finance, Economics or a related field
  • bring at least one year of experience from a similar role or within finance
  • are experienced with Power BI and SQL – or eager to learn
  • have great analytical skills and communicate insights clearly

Please note that prior knowledge of the energy sector is not required for this role.
