
Operations and process controller for German Customer Operations in Finance

Here’s what the job entails
Your will ensure that new customers and their assets, such as wind turbines and photovoltaic parks, are onboarded accurately. To do this, you will work closely with our customer-facing teams.
Your key responsibilities include:
- handling customer operations, particularly in the German market
- driving automated processes through close collaboration with our product team
- maintaining and validating asset data, metering data and customer data
- managing and improving onboarding and offboarding of assets in our systems
- ensuring smooth collaboration and delivering excellent service for our customers
- staying up to date with new market rules
Meet the team
You will join our German Customer Operations team, which is a group of eight quality-minded and committed employees who support Danske Commodities’ German power asset portfolio. Through excellent customer service, smooth onboarding and high-quality master data, we drive satisfaction and growth of Danske Commodities’ customer business.
You can make a real impact on the customer experience of our renewable asset owners, with a special focus on the German market.

As you will be working with a lot of data that needs careful attention, we see you as highly structured and data-driven when solving problems. Also, as the team covers many different tasks, we are looking for someone who maintains a positive mindset, thrives in an operational role and remains focused on ensuring seamless business operations.
We also imagine that you:
- have experience with either Excel, SQL or data management
- have a commercial mindset and great coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills
- are curious and open to tackling a range of tasks
- can work independently while benefitting the support of a collaborative team
- are proficient in German and English – both written and spoken
Please note that prior knowledge of the energy sector is not required for this role.
