Student employee for Customer Operations team in Finance

The job

Here’s what the job entails

In this role, your primary function is to support the operation of our European customers by ensuring complete and high-quality master data and onboarding of both renewable and flexible assets such as wind turbines and photovoltaic parks.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • taking part in the daily customer operation
  • supporting daily onboarding activities of both renewable and flexible assets
  • building and maintaining data quality controls by using Power BI and SQL
  • having an ongoing focus on process optimisation

Meet the team

You will join our Customer Operations team, which is a group of six quality-minded employees. We are supporting Danske Commodities’ power asset portfolio in Europe, mainly Nordics, Italy, Poland and UK. Through excellent customer service, smooth onboarding and high-quality master data, we drive satisfaction and growth of Danske Commodities’ customer business

Your qualifications

As you will be working with a lot of data that needs careful attention, we see you as structured and data-driven when solving problems. Also, as the team covers many different tasks, we are looking for someone who maintains a positive mindset and thrives in an operational role.

We also imagine that you:

  • are enrolled in a relevant education within Finance, Economics or similar
  • are interested in Power BI and SQL – and perhaps already have some coding skills
  • are motivated by optimising processes and ensuring a great data foundation
  • are proficient in English and Polish or Italian

Please note that prior knowledge of the energy sector is not required for this role.
