Here’s what the job entails
In this role, your primary function is to support the operation of our European customers by ensuring complete and high-quality master data and onboarding of both renewable and flexible assets such as wind turbines and photovoltaic parks.
Your key responsibilities include:
- taking part in the daily customer operation
- supporting daily onboarding activities of both renewable and flexible assets
- building and maintaining data quality controls by using Power BI and SQL
- having an ongoing focus on process optimisation
Meet the team
You will join our Customer Operations team, which is a group of six quality-minded employees. We are supporting Danske Commodities’ power asset portfolio in Europe, mainly Nordics, Italy, Poland and UK. Through excellent customer service, smooth onboarding and high-quality master data, we drive satisfaction and growth of Danske Commodities’ customer business

As you will be working with a lot of data that needs careful attention, we see you as structured and data-driven when solving problems. Also, as the team covers many different tasks, we are looking for someone who maintains a positive mindset and thrives in an operational role.
We also imagine that you:
- are enrolled in a relevant education within Finance, Economics or similar
- are interested in Power BI and SQL – and perhaps already have some coding skills
- are motivated by optimising processes and ensuring a great data foundation
- are proficient in English and Polish or Italian
Please note that prior knowledge of the energy sector is not required for this role.
